• Monitoring of Statutory reporting
• Payroll validation and reconciliation and reporting
• Payroll accounting, journal entries and accruals
• Various reportorial requirements (local & global)
• Siebel administration (employee inquiries)
• Handles statutory and tax accounting and accruals.
• Performs/reviews various analysis and reconciliations.
• Prepares various Payroll Reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) including Statutory Requirements (Remittances) and alphalist.
• Reviews the performance metrics monitoring and reporting
• Ensures compliance to Team Norms, Internal Controls and Company’s Policy
• Provides reporting to management on issues, projects and processing statistics
• Supervise deliverables and identifies improvement opportunities within the area.
• Coordinates the work of Assistants, Sr. Assistants, Analysts and Sr. Analyts
• Coordinates with other Payroll Teams and other Teams
• Administrates and balances work load between teams.
• Execute QA reviews of the reponses provided by the POC to employees queries related to Payroll
• Applies continuous improvement in daily work. Analyze improvement opportunities and propose solutions.
• Assists/Lead with ad hoc requests/special projects/team projects and assists with internal deliverables preparation
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree courses, preferably Human Resources, Finance, or other related courses
• Must have at least 5 years Philippine Payroll experience with at least 2 years people management experience
• Must have a strong background in end to end PH payroll management
• Good communications skills
• Advanced knowledge in Excel Reporting
• Strong stakeholder management
• Experience handling high volume payroll headcount is an advantage
• Experience project implementation is a plus
• Must be willing to be assigned in Boni, Mandaluyong or Alabang
